Gail Sexton Anderson, Ed.M. has dedicated her career to helping intended parents from all walks of life to build families.   She founded Donor Concierge as a compassionate approach to help intended parents sort through the gauntlet of egg donor, and surrogate options available. Gail has developed working relationships with many excellent donor and surrogacy programs, Reproductive Endocrinologist, Fertility Attorneys and Mental Health professions specializing in third party fertility counseling she has known and trusted for years.

Gail holds a Masters degree in counseling from Harvard Graduate School of Education. After graduate school, Gail worked at Yale University in the Psychology Department as part of a research group.  Later, she joined a group of researchers in pediatric neurology at Yale New Haven Hospital doing developmental testing with children born prematurely of very low birth weight.  Gail is also a graduate of Alice Domar's Mind Body Fertility Program through Boston IVF and has served on a Radcliff panel with other fertility experts.  Gail is an empathic listener who helps bring a calming influence to what can often be an emotionally stressful process.

In 1998, Gail began her work with intended parents and egg donors. She is a frequent speaker at fertility conferences and has consulted with several organizations creating fertility service programs. Gail has also been the Executive Director for one of the countries oldest and most respected surrogacy programs.  She helps you find surrogates who are ready to cycle, with in a healthy body mass index (BMI), in an area of the country suitable for you,  and from trusted surrogacy programs.

Gail has been married since 1984 and has two wonderful children.  Having the privilege of being a mother has given her a passion for helping others experience the joy of parenting.
