Many intended parents come from other countries to the United States, and especially to California for fertility treatment.  California offers a supportive environment for third party reproduction.  Many countries do not allow single people or unmarried couples to have access to donors.   Surrogacy is often illegal and where it is legal it is usually not accessible to singles, unmarried couples or gay couples.

California laws support intended parents from all walks of life.   It is one of the few states where you the intended parents can have your names appear on the birth certificate.  In many states the surrogate is considered the birth mother and the intended parents must adopt their own child.   California supports the intent of the individuals involved.  You enter into a contract with your surrogate or donor which states very clearly that you and your partner are the only people who have parental rights regarding any resulting children or embryos.

Donor Concierge can help guide you through the process of coming to the United States to start your family.   The first step is for to have a phone consultation with Gail Sexton Anderson our founder. Gail will want to learn about your fertility history.  Once Gail is aware of your experience she can tailor a program to be as in-depth or as simple as your needs require.  Fees will vary depending on the complexity of your case.

Much of the work can be done before you leave your country such as searching for a donor or surrogate or both, introduce you to a fertility specialist (Reproductive Endocrinologist) who you can have an initial phone consultation before you come to the U.S.  Whenever possible Donor Concierge will look for a doctor who speaks your language, or make arrangements for an interpreter.   Gail can also help you by making arrangements for doctors appointments, and a fertility attorney to help you with legal aspects.

Since 1998, Gail has built a wide range of contacts through out the fertility industry ranging from Reproductive Endocrinologist, Reproductive Attorneys, Donor and Surrogate Agencies and Mental Health Professionals.  Gail has help couples from China, Italy, France, Germany, Australia, United Kingdom, South America, Mexico and a variety of other countries.
Gail takes the time to hear your story and help you get the assistance you need to build your family.
