Fertility Services for Intended Parents Outside the U.S.

Donor Concierge helps intended parents from around the world find an egg donor and/or surrogate in the United States to help create their family. Based on your requirements, we search our network of more than 70 egg donor agencies and 30 surrogacy agencies to find the best available egg donors and/or surrogates. In most cases, we can offer you a choice of 20-40 egg donors or 3-5 surrogates within 2-4 weeks, depending on your search criteria.

Donor Concierge is your best bet for finding the donor or surrogate who most closely fits your requirements and is currently available to cycle. Donor Concierge offers three egg donor search options and one surrogate search option:

Basic Egg Donor Search

Donor Concierge will design a customized search of 70+ ovum donor agencies to find a donor who fits your specific criteria of physical, ethnic, and academic qualifications. We will provide you with 20-40 donor candidates, depending on your search criteria. Donor Concierge will follow up directly with the donor agencies to confirm the availability of your top five donor candidates and reserve for you the donor you choose. This is our most popular plan, priced at $1,495 ($1,995 if a translator is required).

Premium Egg Donor Search

The Premium search comprises all of the services included in the Basic search plus additional follow up with the potential donor agencies to ask additional questions, get extra photos, verify the donor’s standardized test scores, and get transcripts and other data to validate the information they have provided on their profile. In the Premium program your Case Manager is always available to discuss search results and to follow up with ovum donor agencies on your behalf. In addition to confirming the availability of your top five donor candidates, we will also write up a cost analysis on each potential donor (if desired) and reserve for you the donor you choose. When you are ready, we will introduce you to the egg donor agency with which you will be working. The Premium search fee is $2,995 ($3,495 if a translator is required).

Guaranteed Egg Donor Search

In an ideal world no one would ever need our Guaranteed program but the reality is that the unexpected can happen. Egg donors sometimes change their mind at the 11th hour. Occasionally (though rarely) there are no viable eggs to transfer or only one is retrieved and it does not result in a pregnancy. There are a variety of reasons that intended parents come back to us to find them a new egg donor. The Guaranteed program is for ideal for these clients.

The Guaranteed search includes all of the services in the Basic and Premium searches and includes a pregnancy guarantee:

If your donor drops out for any reason, we will conduct another Premium search at no additional fee
If you have a failed cycle and need to find a new donor, we will conduct another Premium search at no additional fee
We are done when you either get pregnant or decide to stop trying

The Guaranteed search service may also be appropriate for intended parents who feel that their search criteria are particularly difficult to match. We are so confident in our ability to find an egg donor match who you like that, if we are unable to do so within 90 days, we will refund 40% of the Guaranteed fee. The cost of a Guaranteed egg donor search is $5,995 ($6,495 if a translator is required).

Surrogate Search

Working with over 30 surrogacy agencies across the country, Donor Concierge has access to more U.S. surrogate databases than anyone in the world. We are the best bet for finding the surrogate who most closely fits your requirements and is currently available.

By working with Donor Concierge, you avoid making a financial commitment to a surrogacy program before you know if they have an appropriate, available surrogate for you. We review surrogate profiles from agencies to make sure that they meet the requirements that most Reproductive Endocrinologists are looking for before we send them on to you for consideration. In this way, you have more options and more control over which surrogate you choose to carry your baby.

We don’t have a vested interest in which agency you choose since we work independently and don’t take referral fees from agencies. We counsel you throughout your decision-making process and provide:

Faster access to new surrogates through our network of respected agencies
Full surrogate profiles with complete contact information for each agency
3-5 profiles of available surrogates, depending on your criteria

Donor Concierge can also provide help locating a reproductive endocrinologist,

an attorney who specializes in reproduction law, or a psychologist experienced in reproductive issues through our network of fertility resources. With 17 years’ experience in the industry, we can provide recommendations for any trusted fertility resources you might need. The Surrogate Search fee is $1,995 ($2,995 if a translator is required).
