Access to Trusted Surrogacy Agencies
Donor Concierge searches across a network of trusted surrogacy agencies throughout the U.S., giving you access to experienced programs and professionals through our surrogate search. Our in-house team reviews candidates before you see them, so the candidates whose profiles reach you already meet ASRM guidelines and your clinic's requirements.
Step 6: Your match is official
The surrogate then completes medical and psychological screening while your clinic reviews the records in full. We stay involved until clearance comes through, so nothing reaches you secondhand. After clearance, your clinic and the agency coordinate what follows.
Step 5: Match call and confirm match
With records approved, we schedule the match call. Someone from our team sits in, and we send a list of common questions to guide you. You and the surrogate each confirm within 24 hours. From there you sign the Agency Agreement and make the first payment to secure the match.
Step 4: Clinic approval
The surrogate's records go to your clinic for review. Review times vary by clinic, typically from two to eight weeks.
Step 3: We contact the surrogacy agency to set up a meeting
We reach out to the agency on your behalf and arrange the introduction. Your case manager walks you through what happens next, so you have the medical and program details in hand before any money changes hands.
Step 2: You review a pre-approved candidate
Your case manager sends you a full profile for one cleared, available candidate, along with the medical review behind it. We answer any surrogacy questions that come up along the way.

How the Search Process Works
Step 1: Medical records review by our in-house team
We start with profiles from the agencies in our network. Our medical records team reviews them and clears only a small number to bring to you. These are candidates who:
-
Meet ASRM guidelines
-
Meet your clinic's stated requirements
-
Are available and ready to begin working with you
Because we don't take referral fees from agencies, the candidates you see are the ones that fit your criteria — not the ones we're affiliated with.

A Broader Range of Surrogacy Programs
Surrogacy agencies differ more than their websites suggest: in how they screen, how long their waitlists run, and what support they offer once you're matched. Searching one agency shows you one set of answers. We search across our network of agencies, so the outreach, the medical review, and the holds on promising candidates are ours to manage, not work you repeat agency by agency.
What Varies Between Agencies:

What to Look For in a Surrogacy Agency
Established agencies tend to clear the same bar on screening and professional relationships. What separates them is narrower, and it rarely appears on a website. It's what we establish before a candidate reaches you:
Why Intended Parents Work with Donor Concierge
With 20 years of experience, we know which factors distinguish one surrogacy program from another and use your priorities to focus the search. Our role is to help you find the right candidate and the agency she works with. Once you choose an agency, that agency manages and coordinates your surrogacy journey.

Frequently Asked Questions
The most reputable surrogacy agencies have extensive experience, thorough surrogate screening processes, clear program structures, and established relationships with medical and legal professionals. Those are the details we establish about an agency before presenting a candidate from it. We search across the agencies we work with and return candidates who meet your clinic's requirements and ASRM guidelines.
Every surrogacy agency is different. The best surrogacy agencies in the U.S. depend on your individual needs, including location, timeline, budget, communication preferences, and program structure. Donor Concierge searches on your behalf and returns candidates from the agencies that fit your criteria.
The surrogacy agencies with the best reviews are often praised for communication, screening standards, and responsiveness throughout the process. Reviews can be a useful starting point, but they should be considered alongside program structure, timelines, costs, and whether the agency aligns with your needs. Donor Concierge searches across the agencies we work with to help you identify relevant options beyond reviews alone.
At Donor Concierge, we learn your preferences and priorities and search across surrogacy agencies on your behalf. You receive profiles of candidates our medical team has already reviewed, so you're evaluating people rather than researching programs. You then decide which agency you want to pursue.
Search Across Multiple Agencies, Not One at a Time
Many intended parents reach out to us after months of agency-by-agency searching. We do that searching for you, and the profiles you see have already been through our medical records review, so the first candidate you consider is one who's available and meets your clinic's requirements.
