Jonathan Stowe

CTO

Jon is a nationally known technology leader, serving recently as the president of Dev Bootcamp where he led the sale of the company to Kaplan Education. Earlier, Jon was the CTO and COO of Teachscape, a teacher evaluation and learning company where he developed the company’s product roadmap and built 8 products in a 4-component SAAS platform.

Jon has worked in senior technology and product roles at Pearson Education, Thomson Higher Education, and Cengage Learning and has been part of three other software companies with successful exits. Jon began his career as a software developer and interface designer and has been a self-taught programmer from age 16. Jon holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Graphics and Sculpture from the University of Connecticut.
