Kayla Neitzel
Case Manager
Kayla Neitzel joins Donor Concierge with extensive experience in third-party fertility. She previously worked with a surrogacy agency, coordinating surrogate cases from start to finish. Kayla is also passionate about family-building through donor conception after being an egg donor herself, and she genuinely believes everyone deserves the chance to create the family of their dreams.
Kayla graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in conflict resolution. She has an extensive background in mediation and client management. She lives in a rural Oregon town with her fiancé and their fur kids - a German Shepherd and tuxedo kitty. Her love and appreciation for nature created a passion for hiking some of the most beautiful trails near her home in the Mt. Hood National Forest and Columbia River Gorge.
