Senior Case Manager

Stephanie Fierro is a Case Manager joining the Donor Concierge team with a background in public service and counseling. Stephanie comes to Donor Concierge after a career in city government where she focused on strategy and planning. Stephanie is also a mental health therapist. She received her Masters in Mental Health Counseling from CUNY John Jay College in New York City.

Stephanie has deep experience helping individuals and couples through life changes, and she is excited to use her unique combination of empathy and strategic planning to help hopeful parents through their family-building journeys. Stephanie has a family of her own, and enjoys spending her time traveling and spending time with her two kids.
