Fertility Case Managers
DONOR CONCIERGE provides support, advocacy, and guidance throughout our clients’ family-building journey. Since 2006, we’ve helped thousands of people create their families through egg donation, gestational surrogacy, and sperm donation. Our case managers work directly with hopeful parents, agencies, and fertility clinics, to create a customized fertility plan for our clients.
We’re looking for CASE MANAGERS to join our amazing expert team. Our ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, finding a needle in a haystack, and provides compassionate support to people who are going through the challenges of fertility treatment. You’re someone who can pivot from detailed database research, juggle multiple contacts and clients at once, yet provide calm, positive and knowledgeable guidance.
We’ll start this as a PART-TIME (25-30 hours per week) position but there is a lot of scope for full time. Donor Concierge is a family friendly company. We maintain a flexible work environment and are located in San Rafael, CA. We are open to remote working, but you must have a valid working permit for the United States and be available during normal daytime working hours. In other words, this is not a side hustle - we want you to be fully engaged.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (though most of our Case Managers have a Master’s degree)
Extensive experience with Mac, CRM programs, Zoom and Google Sheets
Detail-oriented, discreet, and disciplined work ethic
Work well with others in a small office, remotely and independently, but still thrive in a team environment.
Pleasant, confident, professional phone demeanor
Able to pivot and juggle multiple clients and priorities at once
Strong boundaries and time management
A strong desire to help others, particularly those struggling with fertility
Desired but not required:
Experience with fertility issues - either personally or professionally
Experience working in fertility-related healthcare would be an added bonus!
