  Case Manager

  We’re looking for a dedicated Case Manager to join our expert team. Our ideal candidate is solution-oriented, enjoys solving problems, and feels confident in a client-facing role providing compassionate support to those experiencing the challenges of fertility treatment. You’re someone who can pivot from detailed database research, balance multiple projects and deadlines at once, and provide knowledgeable guidance.

  Donor Concierge provides support, advocacy, and guidance throughout our clients’ family-building journeys. Our case managers work directly with hopeful parents, agencies, and fertility clinics to create a customized fertility plan for our clients.

  Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Extensive experience with CRM platforms, Zoom and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Detail-oriented, discreet, and disciplined work ethic
  • Work well remotely and independently but still thrive in a team environment
  • Pleasant, confident, professional phone demeanor
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities at once
  • A strong desire to help others, particularly those struggling with fertility

  Desired but not required:

  • Knowledge of or experience with fertility processes
  • Experience working in fertility-related healthcare field

  We are currently hiring Case Managers for a part-time (25-30 hours per week) position, with the potential to grow into a full time role. Donor Concierge is a family-friendly company and maintains a flexible, understanding work environment. We are open to remote working, but you must have a valid working permit for the United States and be available during normal daytime working hours.

• Now Hiring: Business Development Manager

  Business Development Manager

  We're seeking an energetic Business Development Manager to help drive revenue and grow the business. The successful candidate will maintain existing relationships with our industry partners, attract new partners and build solid relationships with them. Other duties will include developing sales presentations, managing multiple projects, and identifying new business opportunities. You will work across the organization and report to the President.

  The successful applicant will be resourceful, organized, and motivated to increase sales, enhance the company's reputation, and look for new and creative ways to promote our products. A background in sales or marketing is required.

  What you'll do:

  • Understand the company's vision and mission and work to accomplish set goals and objectives
  • Cultivate strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing relationships
  • Collate and maintain client information in the CRM database
  • Work closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies
  • Draft sales presentations, reference material, and other marketing documents as required
  • Represent company at industry events & conferences
  • Identify new business opportunities and partners
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients

  What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree minimum
  • 5 years relevant work experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales, preferably within the fertility clinic industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Self-starter. Friendly and personable demeanor.
  • Proficient in CRM Management software, Google G-suite, Powerpoint and other presentation software
  • Remote work but must be available to travel up to 50%
